The company is an online platform that aims to promote circularity and has been in existence since 2018. International scope.

The platform consists of 3 parts:

• Marketplace. Facilitates trading in commodities. Examples of product categories: plastic, metal, electronics, textiles, paper, used machines.
• Circular community. Knowledge and expertise regarding circularity is shared here.
• Business Directory. Reference book for finding the right contacts, related to the scope of the platform.

Market and market potential
Right from the start it has been focussing on facilitating trade in various materials in combination with an international/intercontinental scope. This has turned out to be a unique combination, as competition focuses on just one type of material and are often regionally focused. This broad scope creates an enormous market potential and is yet to be developed.

Why is it for sale?
Founders have transformed the idea/concept into a fully functional platform with buying customers and daily users. The concept deserves to come to full maturity. After all, if it is definitively successful, the platform will add broader value (promote circularity, reuse raw materials) and grow commercially at the same time. Due to the fact that the priority of the founders has shifted to other initiatives and investments, we are unable to put the time, effort and dedication into the platform. By selling the concept we are hoping to secure ‘the future’ of the platform on one hand, whilst on the other hand giving the buying party the possibility to create a sustainable and profitable business.
