Business highlights
The company is a Swiss startup that created a unified platform for beauty salon bookings; The clients now can book appointments for any beauty procedures they need: hairdressing, manicure, eyelashes treatment, special treatment, and much more. Every client can choose what they need, the salon they like, and book a convenient time. What is important is that a customer doesn’t need to call the salon for the purpose, but can do everything online and any time around the clock. Salons, in their turn, are equipped with a full-fledged software, where they can see their clients, reservations, payment, sell their products online and increase their online presence through free marketing materials.

The system
The challenge the organisation faced in this project was not only to combine several elements in a single system, which should be easy to deal with, yet effective and smooth in operation - but to make the client’s site work fast and flawless on any mobile device. For a client, it should make an impression of a user-friendly native app. The major components of the system we designed are a website for clients, which contains the user’s account, salon search and comparison features, procedure booking form, and online payment option. As already mentioned above, a dashboard for salons constitutes a fully functional system of beauty salon management. An admin panel is intended for a super admin to manage the entire system and monitor its operation. The organisation proceeded to the development and created all the system parts using the popular modern technologies: PHP and Laravel framework for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend. The organisation have crafted and launched an aesthetic service, which is a pleasure to use for clients and salons. New features and options are added continuously for an even more satisfying user experience for everyone who joins the platform.
