Document Management Software Provider Kendox AG acquires DM Dokumenten Management GmbH

Kendox AG today announced that it has completed the acquisition of DM Dokumenten Management GmbH (DM) and their “lobo” product portfolio to accelerate its market expansion.

DM is a Puchheim/Germany-based provider of Document and Worflow Management solutions serving a long list of governmental and business clients in Germany and Switzerland. Kendox, with their scalable cloud service platform is an excellent partner to build a combined portfolio of leading digitalization solutions for business of all kinds.
