The Deal

Bastide Le Confort Medical SA is a Home Health Care Provider with a comprehensive offering (consulting, sales and rental) of medical equipment and services. With the acquisition of Oxigo B.V., a company specialized in advising and online sales of respiratory therapy equipment in Europe, Bastide enters the Dutch respiratory care market and strengthens its international presence.
