Ter overname aangeboden: uniek Nederlands meubelmerk. Onder andere inbegrepen een Dutch Design-meubelcollectie van 25 volledig originele meubelontwerpen. Van stoelen, tafels en kasten tot bijzettafels en krukken, vervaardigd uit een enkel materiaal en gemaakt met een enkel stuk gereedschap in de werkplaats in onze retailwinkel in de Jordaan in Amsterdam. 

Bedrijfsactiviteiten
Alle ontwerpen zijn flatpack en kunnen worden geassembleerd zonder lijm, schroeven of spijkers; uitsluitend op houtverbindingen. Als zodanig is de collectie zeer geschikt voor voordelige internationale verzending. De extreem hoge kwaliteit stelt ons in staat levenslange garantie te bieden. 

Naast de eigen webshop en winkel is een deel van de collectie te krijgen via geselecteerde doorverkopers zoals bij voorbeeld Het Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam en Museum Beelden aan Zee in Scheveningen.

De unieke webshop met configurators stelt klanten in de gelegenheid hun meubel naar eigen wens aan te passen, van basis maatvoering tot kleuren en gedetailleerde specificaties. De front-end configurators zijn volledig geautomatiseerd en middels een dashboard gekoppeld aan zowel parametrische ontwerpsoftware als nesting software waardoor een -door de klant online geschaald- item zonder tussenkomst van een ontwerper of technisch tekenaar via de CNC machine in de winkel kan worden gefreesd. 

Overige informatie
De twee oprichters, één met uitgebreide internationale mode/retail ervaring en één senior internationally licensed architect, zijn het bedrijf 6 jaar geleden gestart en hebben het merk van de grond af vorm gegeven en opgebouwd. Duurzaamheid, internationalisatie en schaalbaarheid van het concept heeft daarbij altijd centraal gestaan, waarbij decentrale productie (produceren dicht bij de afnemer ipv centraal in lage lonen landen met niet duurzaam internationaal transport tot gevolg) een centrale rol in het concept inneemt. 

Reden van verkoop
Inmiddels is in totaal voor meer dan een miljoen euro aan meubels verkocht, waarbij de items hun weg hebben gevonden naar meer dan 40 landen. Vanwege persoonlijke omstandigheden en de overtuiging dat anderen beter geschikt zijn de volgende (schaal-) fase van het merk vorm te geven, wordt het volledige bedrijf nu te koop aangeboden. Eigenaren staan open voor verschillende opties bij verkoop en zijn indien gewenst beschikbaar voor een goede overdracht. Inbegrepen in de koop zijn:

For sale; unique Dutch design furniture brand. Included is a furniture collection of 25+ original designs. From chairs, tables and cabinetry to side tables and stools, all designs are made from a single material using a single tool, produced right there in the retail store in Amsterdams historic Jordaan district. 

Business activities
All designs can be flat packed and assembled without the use of nails, glue or screws; wood connections only. This makes the collection extremely suitable for world wide shipping. The extremely high quality of the materials and design allow for a lifetime warrentee on all items. 

Aside from our own website and flag ship store some of the designs can be purchased at curated retailers like the Stedelijk museum of modern art in Amsterdam and museum Beelden aan Zee in Scheveingen. 

The unique webshop with configurators enable our customers to configure their purchase to their own specific requirements, from basis sizing to specific specs and colors. The front-end configurators are fully automated and connected through a dash board to both a parametric design tool as well as a nesting tool, enabling us to produce a customer-configured item in the store without needing any design or technical drawing work. 

Additional information
The two founders, one with a background in international fashion/retail and a senior architect, founded the company 6 years ago and built the brand and business from the ground up. Sustainability, internationalization and scalability of the concept has always been central to every decision making process. Decentralized production (to produce close to the user and fullfill locally instead of mass producing in low wage countries and ship containers) has been a key long term element to the concept. 

Reason for sale 
Now, with more then a million euro’s of furniture sold to more then 40 countries world wide, personal circumstances and the notion that others are better suited to scale the company further, the founders are looking to sell the company.
